Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, I require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service and must pay before booking again. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals—if you are more than 10 minutes late without letting me know, it will be considered a no-show and the full fee will apply. Cards are kept on file and these fees will be charged automatically.
Lash services are non refundable if unsatisfied there will be a free removal or fix within 48 hours.

Las cancelaciones hechas con menos de 48 horas de anticipación se cobrarán al 100% del servicio. Las ausencias (no show) también se cobrarán al 100% del servicio y deberás pagar antes de poder agendar otra vez.
